The role
Manage an assigned civil litigation caseload in toxic tort and product liability matters, with partner oversight.
Draft pleadings, motions, and written discovery to support high-stakes cases.
Conduct legal research and prepare substantive analyses to inform strategy.
Take and defend depositions, and participate in mediations and arbitrations.
Communicate directly with clients and insurance carriers while collaborating with a team of experienced litigators.
Gain exposure to all phases of litigation—from inception through resolution and trial—with mentorship for professional growth.
