The role
Lead the development and deployment of advanced data science models focused on fraud risk for the Large Enterprise (LE) portfolio, with a US/EU focus.
Translate business requirements into scalable analytical solutions, collaborating with product, risk, and engineering teams to optimize risk and revenue.
Ensure data quality, governance, reproducibility, and robust validation across the modeling lifecycle; drive best practices in data science.
Mentor and guide junior data scientists, fostering a high-performing analytics team and knowledge sharing.
Stay current with the latest data science trends and apply them to cross-border payments and risk challenges.
Drive measurable impact through monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement of models and processes in a hybrid work setting.
