The role
Own the technical roadmap and architecture for multiple initiatives within the Conversational AI platform, based in Bangalore, India.
Translate business requirements into scalable AI strategies, driving POCs to production deployments in a fast-paced, global context.
Design, build, test, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions at scale, impacting millions of users.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of data scientists, collaborating with ML engineers, software engineers, and product managers.
Stay at the forefront of Gen AI, NLP, speech, vision, and multi-modal architectures, including agent chaining, RAG, and guardrails.
Lead cross-regional collaboration and contribute to external research and industry practice.
