The role
Lead and guide a team of operators on assigned shifts to ensure smooth daily robot operations.
Drive operational excellence by ensuring schedules are met and break/rotation policies are followed.
Act as the primary liaison between the team and management, delivering clear, actionable feedback.
Handle escalations, resolve issues, and close tickets while proactively removing roadblocks.
Document escalations, resolutions, and team performance to uphold accountability.
Adapt and problem-solve in fast-paced environments, prioritizing safety, reliability, and efficiency.
