The role
A Knowledge Lawyer specialising in corporate law is responsible for developing and maintaining legal precedents, providing technical support, and delivering training and updates within a legal practice. Candidates should have at least five years of PQE in high-performing corporate practices, strong research and communication skills, and a keen interest in legal technology and knowledge sharing. The position requires developing automated document suites, supporting business development activities, and analysing market trends for new opportunities. It is suitable for a qualified solicitor with a collaborative approach, organisational capabilities, and enthusiasm for learning and innovation. Occasional travel and flexible office locations are part of the role.
