The role
Lead analysis and reconciliation of financial data for DoW PPBE and DWCF activities, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
Develop, monitor, and update spend plans; track burn rates and variances to keep programs within budget.
Prepare funding packages and high-level briefings for leadership to support decision-making and compliance.
Perform QA on financial packages, reports, and deliverables, including ULO and reimbursable funding processes.
Analyze financial status using Excel and enterprise systems to inform obligation and disbursement targets.
Collaborate with government and contractor teams, maintain documentation, and uphold DoW policies and fiscal law requirements.
