The role
Act as a trusted legal partner to the North America Corporate Solutions business, focusing on MGA structures and distribution arrangements, plus sourcing and IT/vendor agreements.
Draft, review, and negotiate MGA agreements; advise on MGA structuring and ongoing supervision of delegated authority models.
Manage MGA lifecycle activities including onboarding, regulatory compliance, audits, amendments, and enforcement of contractual terms in collaboration with Underwriting, Compliance, Risk, and Operations.
Provide legal guidance on U.S. insurance regulatory matters affecting distribution channels, with potential focus on Surety, and ensure regulatorily compliant contracts across lines of business.
Draft, review, and negotiate sourcing, vendor, outsourcing, and IT-related agreements; assess legal, regulatory, data protection, and operational risks with third-party vendors in partnership with Procurement.
Join a high-performing Corporate Solutions Legal team and operate in a fast-paced matrix environment, delivering pragmatic, business-enabling legal support while upholding governance standards.
