The role
Fully remote role supporting the Producer Operations Team, providing onboarding and ongoing account management assistance for new producers during their first 3-6 months.
Manage an assigned book of business focusing on General Liability, Contractor, Professional Liability, and Real Estate lines.
Coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks, policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
Lead the renewal process: client research, submissions, coverage negotiation, and proposal presentations.
Monitor accounts receivable, ensure data accuracy, and maintain agency management system integrity.
Deliver proactive service, communicate workload status clearly, and pursue continuous improvement and client retention.
