The role
Lead the development of state-of-the-art NLP, CV, and ranking models to optimize search quality across billions of daily requests.
Translate product goals into practical ML and information retrieval solutions for query understanding, recall, ranking, and recommendations.
Design and maintain core systems for query understanding, result ranking, and cross-modal retrieval in large-scale streaming ML pipelines.
Provide technical leadership to drive search strategy iterations, reliability, performance, and system optimization.
Mentor engineers, foster best practices in ML and distributed systems, and collaborate across global teams.
Operate in a fast-paced environment where research insights translate into scalable, low-latency online services with measurable impact.
