The role
Lead a multi-functional team building AI-powered features for the acceptance platform, driving transformation at scale.
Convert AI concepts into concrete, working products with clear success metrics and measurable impact.
Build AI systems and ML models for problems such as Search, AI Assistants, predictive insights, and analytics.
Mentor engineers, establish frameworks and standards, and ensure security, data governance, and compliant AI practices.
Oversee testing, unit/integration testing, and user acceptance testing across multiple domains, collaborating with product owners and cybersecurity partners.
Operate in a hybrid model from Bengaluru, balancing rapid delivery with operational excellence, regulatory requirements, and cross-functional collaboration.
