The role
An investment banking analyst supports transaction execution, financial analysis, and client advisory within a busy investment bank environment. The role involves conducting financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence, as well as preparing presentations and transaction documents. Analysts collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth transaction processes. Essential skills include strong analytical abilities, financial modelling expertise, and excellent communication. The position requires 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. A background from M&A teams, Big 4 Transaction Services, or mid-market boutiques is advantageous.
