The role
As the Administrative Assistant / Front Desk, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers, presenting a professional image and ensuring a welcoming experience.
Greet walk-in visitors, assist with inquiries, and route calls to the appropriate staff to maintain efficient communication.
Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls while maintaining a courteous and helpful demeanor.
Manage and organize office supplies, monitor inventory, and coordinate restocking to sustain smooth operations.
Coordinate availability and scheduling of on-site spaces, and maintain office calendars using Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
Support general front desk and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment; proficiency with Outlook/Teams and a professional demeanor are required; Spanish language skills are a plus.
