The role
Design, train, and evaluate end-to-end computer vision models (e.g., YOLO, ResNet) tailored to complex data pipelines. Collaborate with software engineers to integrate research-driven models into production systems. Engage with external stakeholders to frame ambiguous problems and translate insights into impact. Lead exploration and validation of large datasets using Pandas, NumPy, and Spark to inform model design and assess performance. Identify opportunities to adapt state-of-the-art ideas for production, while ensuring robust experimentation and data debugging practices. Demonstrate strong code hygiene and Python-based workflows, delivering reliable, maintainable solutions in cloud environments.
