The role
Lead AI Engineer responsible for shaping agentic AI capabilities and retrieval-based reasoning for scalable enterprise applications.
Design and implement GraphRAG pipelines and multi-agent architectures to ground AI with high-context, real-time data.
Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and data scientists to translate research into production-ready services.
Develop scalable agentic AI architectures for servers and multi-agent ecosystems, optimizing performance and responsiveness.
Integrate enterprise technologies and open-source tools to create a robust agentic data foundation.
Define coding standards, testing strategies, and metrics to measure and continuously improve agent performance across the platform.
