The role
Take ownership as a Staff Data Scientist in Ads to drive revenue growth and product impact.
Collaborate with PM, Engineering, Sales, and Finance to align strategy across supply, demand, and customer insights.
Transform large-scale datasets into actionable insights through quantitative analysis, experimentation, and data mining.
Define success metrics, track outcomes, and measure the impact of ML and product initiatives.
Guide product decisions by uncovering trends, identifying opportunities, and driving data-driven roadmaps.
Serve as a subject-matter expert, translating business questions into analytical work and fostering process improvements.
