The role
Lead and grow a team of Data Scientists to investigate complex business issues, uncover key drivers, and deliver impact as a leader and individual contributor.
Own measurement strategy, define success metrics, and design rigorous experiments with robust statistical analysis.
Partner with product and operations to influence roadmaps and translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
Communicate findings clearly to senior leadership and cross-functional partners to drive strategic decisions.
Develop scalable analytics capabilities through data pipelines and a strategic learning roadmap based on hypotheses.
Requirements include 8+ years in data science and product analytics, strong experimentation experience, and exceptional communication and stakeholder management.
