The role
Lead the Content Excellence program by defining the ecosystem strategy and governance for technical content.
Define content architecture standards, taxonomy, categories, and organizational structures to enable unified management.
Specify content types, components, and metadata as the foundation for authors and AI systems.
Establish content patterns and document assembly rules to ensure compliant first drafts.
Maintain the Content Design System as the single source of truth for creating and managing technical content.
Align stakeholders on definitions and lifecycle criteria to enable proactive, scalable content management and AI training corpus curation.
