The role
Serve as a strategic FP&A partner, delivering actionable financial analysis and robust models to support leadership decisions.
Develop annual planning and rolling forecasts across shared services, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
Create operational KPIs and data dashboards to present clear, actionable insights to executives.
Provide timely financial reporting, variance analysis, and recommendations for process improvements.
Automate planning processes and support capital projects, collaborating with Finance and Sales to align targets with strategy.
Requires 3+ years of experience, strong Excel and financial software skills, and exceptional communication to influence stakeholders.
