The role
Join a dynamic AI evaluation team to advance cutting-edge NLP models and ensure high-quality AI-generated writing.
You will evaluate, edit, and improve outputs from AI systems and human-in-the-loop contributors, upholding clarity and accuracy.
You will rate content using clear rubrics on grammar, brevity, and correctness, and share insights with delivery managers to refine projects.
You will provide just-in-time coaching to production teams, updating instructions and delivering refreshing guidance as needed.
You will investigate escalations, identify root causes, drive remediation actions, and champion recovery processes.
You will mentor writers, manage performance, and master the evaluation platform to support a fast-moving, global team.
