The role
Provide comprehensive AWS infrastructure support for multiple business units, ensuring high availability and cost efficiency.
Maintain services including CloudFormation, EC2, Lambda, DynamoDB, AWS Backup, and AWS Connect for contact center needs.
Automate deployments and operations using scripting (PowerShell, Python) and infrastructure as code practices.
Support Windows Server 2016+ with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and core networking (VPN, Direct Connect, VPC, WAF).
Contribute to disaster recovery exercises, incident root-cause analysis, on-call rotations, and service improvements.
Provide documentation, stakeholder communication, and cost optimization while collaborating with design and development teams.
