The role
Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing operation of the AI governance and risk management program.
Assess AI-related risks, ensure regulatory and policy compliance, and establish robust governance processes.
Develop and oversee AI ethics training and awareness initiatives for all teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into effective governance strategies.
Define measurable metrics, monitoring, and reporting to leadership on AI risk and governance performance.
