The role
Design, build, and monitor fraud defenses across banking and credit products.
Use data and customer insights to identify emerging fraud risks and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Partner with product, operations, and engineering teams to implement defenses that protect customers and the business.
Own the development, monitoring, and ongoing improvement of fraud defenses, using performance signals and feedback loops to refine strategies.
Balance risk reduction with a positive customer experience while ensuring secure, seamless product use.
Communicate findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders, driving alignment across cross-functional partners.
