The role
Own and deliver end-to-end analytics initiatives for Family Experience and Trust & Safety, driving team and product outcomes from problem framing to impact measurement.
Solve ambiguous problems by designing analyses, evaluating options, and making independent decisions that keep work moving in a dynamic environment.
Translate strategy into metrics, roadmaps, and clear success criteria, contributing to team goal setting and prioritization.
Build and maintain production-quality metrics, dashboards, and data models to monitor safety, parental controls, and age-appropriate experiences across the ecosystem.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Product, Legal, Policy, Engineering) to align on approaches, timelines, and trade-offs while safeguarding privacy.
Mentor teammates, share best practices, and raise analytics standards across the organization, including data governance and security considerations.
