The role
You will train, evaluate, and monitor cutting-edge LLMs and other algorithmic models to power enterprise-grade content understanding.
Deploy and iterate content moderation models in production, using real-world metrics and feedback loops to improve performance.
Collaborate with engineers, researchers, and product leaders to scale model training, evaluation pipelines, and deployment processes.
Tackle production debugging on AWS and implement robust monitoring, alerting, and cross-functional execution.
Work under tight timelines and resource constraints to deliver measurable customer impact and reliable AI-powered outcomes.
Contribute from early R&D through to production launches, shaping how millions interact with AI-enabled content.
