The role
Lead the development of data-driven insights from large-scale datasets to address macro- and microeconomic challenges within payments and financial services.
Build and validate predictive and descriptive models, extract and harmonize data from diverse sources, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Develop clear visualizations and dashboards to communicate complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client partners to translate business problems into analytic questions and drive data-powered solutions.
Mentor junior team members, promote best practices in analytics, and manage multiple projects from scoping to delivery.
Operate in a hybrid setup, balancing in-office collaboration with independent, hands-on data work to maximize impact.
