The role
A Business Continuity & Resilience Analyst provides expertise to develop and improve organisational resilience capabilities, supporting business continuity, operational resilience, and crisis preparedness. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand risks, dependencies, and resilience strategies, and to help improve decision-making during disruption. Candidates should have experience in ISO 22301, risk and crisis management, governance, and service resilience, alongside a pragmatic mindset and curiosity. The analyst works within a team to ensure preparedness and response capabilities across the organisation. They must be able to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and demonstrate behavioural qualities aligned with the organisation's values. Technical skills should include resilience frameworks, risk assessment tools, and incident management protocols.
