The role
The Operations Manager – Resin Flooring oversees the daily delivery of resin and industrial flooring projects, managing labour, materials, plant, and subcontractors to ensure timely, budget-compliant completion. The role involves leading site and project teams, driving performance, safety, and quality standards. Monitoring project costs, schedules, and profitability is essential to resolve operational issues effectively. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders supports high service standards and ongoing business. The successful candidate will have experience in construction or project management roles within flooring or resin industries, with excellent communication skills across all levels. Technical knowledge of epoxy, polyurethane, screeding, concrete preparation, and specialist coatings is required for this role.
