The role
Execute full-cycle recruitment across multiple levels to attract and engage qualified candidates.
Collaborate with supervisors and department heads to clarify role requirements and evaluate candidates against defined criteria.
Advance employer branding and build strong candidate pipelines to position the organization as an employer of choice.
Source from diverse channels, including job boards, schools, career fairs, and partner resources; engage active and passive job seekers.
Develop screening assessments, conduct interviews, and ensure hiring practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
Leverage technology to optimize recruitment, support reporting, and contribute to special projects as needed.
