The role
Oversee regulatory compliance, accreditation readiness, and quality oversight across ambulatory surgery center operations.
Ensure adherence to CMS Conditions for Coverage, state-specific ASC regulations, HIPAA, OSHA, and accreditation standards (AAAHC, Joint Commission, AAAASF).
Maintain survey readiness, lead mock surveys, and coordinate accreditation inspections.
Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and documentation; monitor compliance metrics and quality indicators.
Perform internal audits and risk assessments; identify gaps and drive corrective action plans across locations.
Provide regulatory education, training materials, and collaboration with clinical leadership, infection prevention, and operations teams to strengthen safety and compliance.
