The role
Lead the Finance team (two remote members), overseeing day-to-day transactional accounting and ensuring timely month-end close.
Prepare monthly management accounts and present P&L performance with variances and key trends to senior stakeholders.
Review balance sheet and cash flow as part of the monthly reporting cycle, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Oversee supplier commercial agreements, monitor trading forecasts, and assess gross profit impact against supplier terms.
Provide financial insight to local leadership for strategic decision-making and deliver ad-hoc analysis as required.
Lead external audit processes, ensuring timely information provision and maintaining strong internal controls.
