The role
A Business Analyst specialising in trading and project delivery is sought to support end-to-end project lifecycles by shaping processes and solutions, capturing business problems, and assessing value drivers. They will demonstrate leadership, analytical skills, and expertise in change management while coaching and mentoring teams. The candidate must have stakeholder management skills, working with various organisational levels and confidently providing challenge. Experience in quality assurance on workstream deliverables and in Agile project delivery methodologies is essential.
