The role
The role involves supporting the creation and maintenance of reports such as scorecards and dashboards to track organisational performance and identify areas for improvement. The analyst will assist in developing insightful data analysis to inform decision-making within the Customer Directorate. Candidates should be studying towards a relevant degree and possess strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and service orientation, with proficiency in MS Office 365 and advanced Excel skills. The position requires proactive individuals motivated to deliver high-quality results and an excellent customer experience. Technical environment includes data analysis tools and reporting platforms, with responsibilities to support the MI and Data Analysis Manager.
