The role
Lead the design and optimization of model-driven analytics to propel product growth and user engagement.
Develop and refine statistical and machine learning models (e.g., LTV, ROI) to inform growth strategies.
Conduct rigorous root-cause analyses of metric movements and uncover causal relationships in user behavior.
Partner with Product, Operations, and Engineering to translate insights into product decisions and experiments.
Design, run, and analyze A/B tests to evaluate impact of features and improvements.
Explain complex analyses to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and shape the analytics roadmap.
