The role
Lead and grow a world-class team of ML engineers and data scientists focused on building production-ready AI/ML services.
Translate product needs into scalable ML solutions with measurable business impact across search, personalization, and recommendations.
Drive end-to-end ML lifecycle: data pipelines, feature engineering, training, evaluation, A/B testing, and deployment.
Implement robust ML Ops practices: CI/CD, model serving, monitoring, alerting, and governance.
Foster an engineering culture of collaboration, mentorship, and excellence while championing responsible AI, privacy, and compliance.
Partner with stakeholders to shape the Applied Science roadmap and accelerate delivery without compromising quality.
