The role
As a customer-facing Machine Learning Solutions Engineer, you will serve as the technical expert supporting go-to-market teams.
Design and deliver demos, technical workshops, and training sessions, and lead POCs aligned with customer success criteria.
Write readable Python code for demos and templates and collaborate with product and engineering to relay customer feedback.
Architect solutions for complex ML challenges and develop technical documentation to empower customers' ML workflows.
Stay up-to-date with the latest ML frameworks, tools, and best practices, sharing knowledge across teams and customers.
This hybrid role in New York City requires in-office days and focuses on enabling customers to adopt and scale ML solutions.
