The role
An Electrical Testing & Compliance Electrician conducts detailed electrical inspections, performs testing, and identifies issues such as C1 and C2 faults on site. They are responsible for installing and issuing Electrical Installation Certificates (EICs) when necessary and ensuring all work complies with the latest electrical standards including the 18th Edition. The role requires managing independent workloads effectively while contributing to team tasks and travelling to various sites within an hour's reach. Candidates should possess an NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation, relevant inspection and testing qualifications, and experience in social housing or similar environments. The job demands organised, self-motivated individuals with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of health and safety protocols.
