The role
An AI Business Analyst at Mace plays a key role in leading the assessment, redesign, and optimisation of business processes and digital services using AI-first principles. The analyst collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to define future-state processes, capture requirements, and create process maps that embed AI, automation and human oversight. They evaluate AI-enabled change with respect to business value, feasibility and governance, supporting scalable and responsible implementation. Working on various initiatives, they facilitate workshops, assess data quality, and support AI adoption to ensure practical and aligned digital transformation.
