The role
Oversee a book of commercial lines accounts, handling renewals, marketing, and ongoing service from start to finish.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding policy coverages, contract compliance, claims coordination, and carrier communications.
Prepare proposals, applications, and policy documents such as ACORD forms, binders, certificates, and invoices.
Quote and remarket accounts, negotiate with carriers, and present competitive solutions to clients.
Maintain organized documentation in the agency management system and ensure adherence to standards.
Collaborate with underwriters, producers, and internal teams to meet deadlines and deliver proactive service.
