The role

Innovate Skillsource is seeking a Principal Geo-Environmental Engineer to lead multidisciplinary projects across contaminated land, remediation, groundwater and geotechnical work. You will own projects from planning through delivery, mentoring juniors and engaging clients. The role combines technical leadership with stakeholder management, reporting, and business development within a flexible hybrid model including office, remote, and site-based activities across Northern Ireland.
