The role
Lead the design and deployment of LLM-powered intelligent experiences that interpret and generate insights from tabular and unstructured data.
Build personalized Q&A systems and context-aware responses using large language models and retrieval-augmented generation.
Create conversational talent recommendation systems by combining autonomous agent architectures with personalized algorithms.
Evolve traditional recommender systems into multi-topic, interactive experiences that reflect user intent, and construct multi-agent workflows translating natural language into complex task sequences.
Collaborate across data science, ML engineering, product, and UX to prototype, deploy, monitor, and optimize AI/ML solutions in production while upholding trustworthy, safe AI development standards.
Drive end-to-end AI/ML product development from ideation to deployment and mentor junior data scientists, partnering with product managers to analyze telemetry for continuous product improvements.
