The role
Lead and scale our Machine Learning Engineering team to turn data science models into production-grade ML applications on our central MLOps platform.
Define and enforce ML engineering standards, design patterns, and quality benchmarks to enable scalable, maintainable ML solutions.
Drive technical strategy and architecture across data science, MLOps, and engineering, ensuring alignment with business objectives and clear communication to leadership.
Bridge platform capabilities with practical guidance for data science teams, and translate ML engineering needs back to the MLOps platform team.
Foster collaboration and excellence by mentoring engineers, building cross-functional relationships, and championing a culture of innovation.
Own hands-on contributions and governance for critical architectures, review decisions, and ensure reliable, scalable deployment of ML systems.
