The role
Lead and oversee the handling of personal injury claims from intake to settlement, ensuring efficiency and strategic value.
Supervise claims staff and collaborate daily with attorneys, case managers, medical providers, and insurance companies.
Evaluate liability, damages, and settlement value; develop claim strategies to maximize client recovery.
Prepare demand packages, including medical summaries and billing analysis, and negotiate with insurance adjusters and defense counsel.
Maintain accurate case documentation in the firm’s case management system and keep clients informed on progress.
Requirements include 5+ years in personal injury claims, leadership experience, bilingual English/Spanish, and eligibility for Notary Public in Texas or New Mexico.
