The role
An associate psychologist position is available in Belfast, working within a university health centre for the Belfast Trust's Adult Psychological Therapies Service. The role involves conducting psychological assessments and delivering evidence-based interventions under supervision. Candidates should possess a psychology degree with a minimum of two years' experience, including work with mental health difficulties, and be eligible for British Psychological Society membership. Skills in data analysis using SPSS and computer literacy are preferred, with a Monday to Friday 9am-5pm schedule. The initial contract is for six months, with potential for extension, and requires an Access NI Check. This role offers weekly pay, holiday entitlement, pension scheme access, ongoing training, and an emergency on-call service.
