The role
Lead the end-to-end design and deployment of AI/ML solutions with strong governance and privacy compliance.
Translate business problems into AI use cases; gather requirements from global stakeholders and define measurable success criteria.
Architect reusable microservices and scalable models using latest AI/ML techniques; leverage both open and closed source tools.
Partner with cross-functional teams to deploy production-grade solutions and monitor performance, data quality, and governance.
Drive continuous AI capability growth, share learnings, and maintain documentation to foster a learning culture.
Demonstrate excellent communication and project management skills; comfortable navigating a complex organization and traveling internationally as needed.
