The role
Design, build, and operate infrastructure and networking that connect structured and unstructured data to LLMs in a performant and reliable manner.
Create secure, compliant systems to process sensitive enterprise data and integrate data access with production models and agents.
Ensure the platform scales to enterprise use cases while maintaining reliability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with product, research, and forward-deployed engineers to implement production systems and optimize task capabilities.
Own the reliability of your systems, including participation in on-call rotations for critical incidents.
Demonstrate a strong learning mindset and the ability to share knowledge clearly with teammates across functions.
