The role
Ship end-to-end full-stack AI projects and deliver production-grade AI features across the platform.
Build and integrate AI infrastructure components, including production inference and fine-tuning pipelines, retrieval-augmented generation, and structured extraction.
Develop and improve engineering processes, tools, and systems to scale AI solutions across the platform.
Create internal tools and platforms to boost the productivity and capabilities of AI and engineering teams.
Demonstrate strong full-stack skills with web frameworks, backend systems, and cloud infrastructure, and a track record of production AI work, especially LLMs.
Build robust backend systems for AI-driven products and collaborate with product, data science, and operations teams.
