The role
This role focuses on applying advanced ML and information retrieval techniques to improve search quality at real-time scale, across billions of requests per day.
You will drive query understanding, ranking, and query recommendation to enhance relevance and user engagement.
Build and maintain core systems and algorithms for search, including reliability and scalability considerations.
Provide technical leadership to define strategy, iterate on models and algorithms, and mentor the team.
Collaborate with product goals to optimize perception of search quality and overall user experience.
Requires strong software engineering foundations, leadership experience, and proficiency in Python, C++, Java, or Go.
