The role
Lead and mentor a distributed software engineering team responsible for building production-grade AI capabilities across multiple product areas.
Oversee design reviews, CI/CD processes, and the use of AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to maintain high velocity and code quality.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across time zones and lead bi-weekly sprint reviews.
Design and deploy ML systems on AWS with ultra-low latency and ultra-high reliability.
Architect and improve AI agents deployed across Market Platforms, Capital Access Platforms, and Anti-Financial Crime divisions.
Drive cross-functional collaboration, mentorship, and engineering excellence within a regulated financial services context.
