The role
As an Analyst in Investment Banking, you will be a key member of deal teams advising on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, capital raising, and special situations across various industries.
You will perform industry and company research, analyze financial statements, and build financial models to assess performance and transaction scenarios.
You will conduct valuation analyses and help prepare marketing materials including pitch books, teasers, confidential information memorandums, and management presentations.
You will attend calls and on-site meetings with clients to support transaction processes and drive the deal timeline with guidance from senior bankers.
The role includes formal training, mentorship, and on-the-job development to accelerate your career growth and skill-building.
Qualifications include pursuing a BA/BS in Accounting, Economics, or Finance, a strong academic record, analytical mindset, and excellent communication and teamwork skills; eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship is required.
