The role
The Microsoft Power Platform Consultant evaluates Oracle APEX environments, documenting application portfolios, and devising migration and modernisation plans. They identify current architectures, support models, and operational needs, providing strategic recommendations and transition roadmaps. The role involves stakeholder engagement through workshops and meetings, assessing risks, costs, and benefits of various solutions. The consultant develops assessment matrices, performs fit-gap analyses, and estimates total costs of ownership for different platforms. They are expected to possess extensive experience in Oracle APEX and Microsoft Power Platform, with strong business analysis skills and technical knowledge of governance, security, and application lifecycle management. The position requires delivering comprehensive documentation, analysis, and strategic roadmaps to facilitate application modernisation and optimisation.
